Organized in 1986 by its leader, Harry Kannasto, a retired music educator, The Swing Kings big dance band is well into its 25th year performing for benefit balls, wedding receptions, and public and private dances throughout the greater Rogue Valley in southern Oregon.
This outstanding band plays a large repertory of jazz, swing, and popular music appropriate for ballroom dancing, and performs at functions throughout the year in the finest of swing and even more recent dance styles.
